Circle Prospecting for realtors - 2 Times a month our team will pull data either around a current listing or past sale. The data we pull will be for the people that are most likely to sell based on analytics that we have found that work best. Most of these are when they bought the house, the type of house they have, the sale price of those types of houses in the area, and lastly where the market is trending. Our team uses a basic script (you can change if you want) to try and get people to book a call with you to talk about either the value of their home or what is going on in the neighborhood. On average we are booking 1-3 appointments per call session with about 7-10 "call backs". These are when a homeowner doesn't want to book an appointment but gives the ok for the realtor to reach back out to them.
Circle Prospecting for lenders- 2 Times a month our team will pull predictive data on refinance possibilities around your desired farm area. The data we pull will be for the people that are most likely to refinance, we base this on when they last modified their mortgage, what their current rate is, and the program type (conventional, FHA, VA). Our team uses a basic script (you can change if you want) to try and get people to book a call with you to talk about either how much money they can save from refinancing or what is going on in the the market mortgage wise. On average we are booking 1-3 appointments per call session with about 7-10 "call backs". These are when a homeowner doesn't want to book an appointment but gives the ok for the lender to reach back out to them.
How we find our data-
We pull from 3 different data sources to find the most accurate home owner data, we find the homeowners with the highest amount of equity possible, thus putting our clients in the best position to talk with people who have the ability to make a decision to sell, and sell quickly. We scrub this data 3 times to ensure its the correct and viable contact number.
Timing-
You will get 2 full call days per month, the hours are 8-6 each day. Before the call day you will get an excel spreadsheet of all the data that will be called on. Post call day you will get the same excel spreadsheet of the data and the outcome of each call (no answer, voicemail, call booked)
Feedback-
After every call day we will follow up with you to go over the results and modify if needed or continue on with the program as is.
